The role

You will join the team as a Consultant in AI Transformation and work across both sides of our business.

On the training and advisory side

You prepare and roll out our AI training programs for executives, managers and operational teams.

Analyze each client's business, roles and processes ahead of the training, and identify where AI applies to their work
Design the training materials: case studies, exercises and examples drawn from the client's real activity
Co-facilitate sessions with our trainers and run workshops with client teams
Run post-training follow-up to measure the impact of our programs on AI adoption within organizations
Collect feedback after each session and turn it into improvements for the next ones

On the product side

You are the link between our clients and our engineers.

Take part in user interviews with our clients, legal professionals in particular, and formalize what you learn about how they work today
Write requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for our product teams
Analyze usage and business data, and build the dashboards and reports that guide product decisions
Test features before release and check they genuinely meet the need the client expressed
Document processes, decisions and how the products work

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of professional experience as a business analyst, consultant, product owner or in a similar role
Ability to analyze a business process and describe it clearly, in writing and as a diagram
Experience running interviews, workshops and product demos with business users
Data analysis skills (Python, Excel or SQL)
Clear, structured writing in both French and English
Confidence speaking to senior audiences, including executives
Genuine interest in AI and a good grasp of what today's AI tools make possible
Organized work habits and good documentation practice
Initiative and autonomy

This role is 100% on-site, at our Casablanca offices or at client sites. We made this choice because we build our products and our training through close, day-to-day collaboration: we discuss problems together, review each other's work in person, and make decisions quickly as a team. We are looking for candidates who share this way of working and can join us on-site, full time.
